Underground Tank Removal
When pumping any leftover heating oil out of your tank, our team at Envirotank treat your yard with the utmost respect. Skilled crew members carefully hand-dig or machine excavate the underground storage tank before transporting it to an authorized site where it is cut, washed, and scrapped in compliance with the strictest environmental regulations.
Our crew will backfill and compact the hole once the oil tank has been removed. We may use the current ground cover, sod, or both to rebuild the area after the hole has been filled. Many customers prefer tank removal because it eliminates the need for them to worry about their underground oil tank ever again. You will be given a Decommissioning Certificate once the project is completed and payment is received in full.
Above Ground Tank Removal
The above-ground oil tank has been emptied and removed. The tank is then transported to a designated location where it is cut, washed, and scrapped in accordance with the strictest environmental regulations.
